          NOTES:  (1)  For the convenience of parents, Parent/Master

                       conference times may be reserved.  Appointment

                       sheets will be posted outside each classroom

                       and may be used to reserve a time.  Cadets

                       should sign up their parents.  The Memorial

                       Academic Building and White Hall will be open

                       Saturday, one half hour before the conference

                       times.  If the Master is not available for

                       conferences due to a prior commitment, call slips

                       will be available at the classroom.  Masters will

                       call at your convenience.

 

                   (2) Cadets on "F" conduct, for the week, may leave

                       campus with their parents only.
