Howe Military School and the Class of 1958

Challenge you to a Match – A Tennis Match that is!

The Howe tennis teams have been unable to play matches on their home courts for the last two seasons. The reason: the tennis courts are in dire need of replacement. Cracks in the courts can no longer be repaired to render them useful for recreational or competitive tennis.  To date, $65,000 has been raised towards new courts. The total cost of the project is $110,000.

You can Help!

The Ball is in Your Court!

Here is the challenge before you:

1. The Class of 1958 challenges a grant of up to, but not to exceed $10,000, to alumni, parents, employees, and friends of Howe, on a matching basis of 5 to 1. Your five dollars matches $1.00 of their gift. If their entire $10,000 is matched on a 5 to 1 basis it would give Howe a total of $60,000 toward the tennis courts and program.

2. The Class of 1958’s portion will be in memory of James T. Daily who was a member of the Howe tennis team and loved and played the sport right up until his death in 2008.

Buy your piece of the court today by making a contribution online at: http://www.howemilitary.com/donations.htm (in the "*Restricted/Unrestricted Donation?" box, type "Tennis Courts Campaign").
