Mrs. Nancy Douglass holds a BS in Education from Ohio State University and joined Howe Military School staff in 1994. Mrs. Douglass has taught pre-school at Groveton Pre-school in Alexandria, Virginia and Pre-school and Kindergarten at the International Yangoon in Yangoon, Myanmar (Rangoon, Burma). After joining Howe Military Schools' Staff, Nancy worked in the schools' library and infirmary as a certified nurse.

Mrs. Douglass has also worked as an instructional assistant at Lima Brighton Elementary School and has substituted for the LaGrange County school system.

Mrs. Douglass currently teaches Spanish Levels I, II, III, and IV at Howe Military School's Upper School.
