Miss Kristen Calvert is originally from Fishers, Indiana where she
graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School. In 2002 she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary
Education from Manchester College, where she served as the Secondary
Education Representative on the Teacher Education Committee.
During the 2000-2001 school year, Miss Calvert took advantage of Manchester’s Brethren Colleges Abroad program and traveled to Marburg, Germany, where she studied at Philipps Universität. While there, she completed several courses in German Literature, teaching German as a foreign language, Pronunciation and German Linguistics. Miss Calvert joined Howe in August 2002 as German Master.
