Cpt. Weber was born and raised in Germany and moved to the United States to receive a college education after her parents died. After her education years she enlisted in the United States Army. After her discharge from the US Army she worked independently for 15 years. This past summer she sent her son to Howe Military's Summer Camp program for 6 weeks and she was so impressed that she applied for a Tactical Officer position here at Howe Military School.
