Captain Osenbaugh is a Howe Military School Old Boy, Class of 1986.  He joined the HMS staff as a TAC Officer in August of 2007.  With over 18 years of experience dedicated to youth athletics, both on the field and in League Administration, Captain Osenbaugh has devoted countless hours to ensuring that thousands of young men and women have had positive, life changing experiences both on and off the field of play. 

Captain Osenbaugh has spent the past twenty years in private industry as a Mechanical Engineer, designer and project manager for large specialty machinery within the manufacturing and automotive industry.  He credits his love of the engineering sciences and his passion for mathematics to former HMS Masters Poljak and McLain.

 Captain Osenbaugh is married to the former Joyce Faison of Toledo, Ohio.  They have two sons, Sophomore HMS Cadet Hunter and three year old Lucas (Luke).  Captain Osenbaugh enjoys photography, baseball, and Detroit Red Wing Hockey.
