Howe Military School is a private, co-educational, boarding school, with a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum.  Howe selects students for enrollment based on their academic abilities, not necessarily their current academic standing.  The following visuals are used to help interested individuals better understand the challenges that face Howe Military School and how, through a dedicated, professional, teaching staff students with academic promise can come to HMS with less than stellar academic records and make remarkable educational progress.  As the visuals suggest, Howe Military School sometimes sees students with GPA’s as low as 0 upon their initial enrollment.  These same students, who stay at HMS for one or more years, commonly see significant academic improvement and can generally be accepted at any number of colleges and universities.
